About the Role
This role is for a Health Operations New Associate at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd. You will be part of the Healthcare Management team, responsible for the administration of healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations department activities.
- Handle medical and health services.
- Participate in budgeting and rating.
- Engage in research and education policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality assurance.
- Manage patient services and public relations.
- Assess, design, build, and implement best practices for Order Management from order creation to order fulfillment and financial settlement.
- Manage order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability, accuracy, and fulfillment.
- Facilitate provisioning of services and activation of billing.
- Handle Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
- Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
- Work under detailed instructions on all tasks with closely supervised decisions impacting your own work.
- Act as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
