About the Role

• Aligned with the Finance Operations vertical.
• Responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Manage the order sequence of procurement and the financial process end-to-end.
• Focus on designing, implementing, managing, and supporting accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and performing two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits, etc., as part of the invoice processing cycle.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs.
• Run potential duplicate payment reports and take appropriate action.
• Execute payment-related controls.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
• Will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
• Decisions made impact your own work and are closely supervised.
• Will be an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
