About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is interested in gaining practical experience in freight forwarding, customer relationship management, and international logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Handle customer queries, shipment updates, and follow-ups with the team.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, pricing, and sales teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Track import and export shipments across air and ocean freight.
• Communicate shipment status, delays, and operational updates to customers.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate client records, shipment details, and communication logs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Prior freight forwarding internship experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in freight forwarding and international logistics.
