About the Role
HuTouch is hiring an AI Engineer intern to bring its desktop app and agentic AI from pilot to production, while improving user adoption and capturing product usage data.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the Desktop App & Agentic AI from working pilot to production grade, focusing on scalable architecture, performance, latency, security, industry standards, and agent safeguards.
- Convert existing designs to meet industry standards for agents.
- Cut latency on interacting with Agentic AI for users.
- Build guardrails for agents to produce accurate output, including:
- Input and output validation
- Structured outputs
- Grounding checks against source data
- Confidence thresholds
- Human-in-the-loop approval for high-stakes actions
- Build new features, ship enhancements, and fix bugs reported by users.
- Use market research to guide product development.
- Ship chat history so users can revisit and refine past agent sessions.
- Extract a user's personal way of working from their existing tools and migrate it cleanly into HuTouch.
- Build the event ingestion pipeline to capture product usage and store it in a database for learning.
- Ensure code rolls out to users every sprint.
