Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation
• Script, shoot, and edit Reels and YouTube Shorts (face-to-camera, motion graphic, and text-based formats).
• Design static posts, quote cards, and carousels using Canva or Figma.
• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the Cosmic Take brand voice.
• Produce and post daily Instagram Stories.
• Channel Management
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent daily posting across Instagram and YouTube.
• Schedule content using approved tools and maintain posting frequency without gaps.
• Maintain brand consistency across all formats, fonts, colours, and tone.
• Research and Ideation
• Track competitor accounts weekly (AstroTalk, Melooha, HiAstro, NeoAstro) and report on trends.
• Source daily horoscope raw text from Astrology.com and convert using the approved prompt.
• Generate weekly content ideas across the five content pillars.
• Community Management
• Respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
• Identify and flag high-value DMs where users share birth details or ask for readings.
• Monitor and report on follower sentiment and frequently asked questions.

What We Are Looking For

• Genuine interest in astrology, numerology, vaastu wellness, or self-awareness content.
• Strong visual instinct and understanding of what stops a scroll.
• Comfortable on camera for behind-the-scenes or candid content.
• Obsessive about Instagram and YouTube trends in the Indian Gen Z and millennial space.
• Can write in natural Hinglish without it sounding translated.
• Self-starter who does not need daily direction to stay on track.
