About the Role
The Assistant Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports daily operations by coordinating workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring team performance to ensure targets and quality standards are met. The Assistant Supervisor helps implement standard operating procedures, maintains documentation, and supports compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
- Ability to supervise and coordinate small teams, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and basic conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of operational processes, standard operating procedures, and quality or safety practices within a manufacturing or service environment.
- Effective communication skills for providing clear instructions, documenting activities, and reporting to senior supervisors.
- Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) to track workflow and prepare reports.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues, suggest improvements, and support continuous process enhancement.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain professionalism, and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an advantage.
