Associate, Operations

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and operations-driven professional to join our team. As an Associate - Operations, you’ll lead initiatives to design and optimize inventory handling, and order processing flows to improve seller efficiency, while ensuring compliance with quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with central Control Tower & Process Excellence teams to enhance performance and pickup success. In addition, you’ll lead efforts in workforce productivity, training programs, and engagement strategies to build a high-performing and retained team.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily seller side operations to ensure timely and accurate pickup for optimum customer order fulfillment at targeted service levels
• Design, implement, and optimize material handling, and purchase order fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and throughput
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and compliance standards across all processing centers
• Drive operational excellence to meet customer delivery timelines and improve delivery success rates
• Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency and profitability
• Train, monitor, and enhance the productivity of seller personnel through structured programs and KPIs

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 1-3 years of overall experience with at least 1+ years in leading teams
• Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage
• Experience of using Microsoft Excel to analyze data and build POV
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
• Deep understanding of business and customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead team and manage relevant stakeholders
