Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces.
• Cleaning and sanitizing rooms.
• Making beds.
• Replacing linens.
• Restocking amenities.
• Managing laundry.
• Reporting any maintenance issues.
• Handling cleaning supplies safely.
• Ensuring that all areas meet company standards.
• Interacting with guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Helping with basic inquiries.
• Ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail to manage room cleaning, inventory, and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Ability to handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linens and uniforms.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact courteously with guests and coordinate with team members.
• Experience in training or willingness to learn and follow housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as part of daily duties.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
