About the Role

Position: RSVP- Client Servicing Intern

Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and guest communication for various events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand ABEC's client base.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain detailed client profiles and event information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Travel throughout India to attend meetings, visit potential clients, and oversee event logistics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and guests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout India.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the event industry.
