About the Role
The Junior Video, Photo and Edit Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports creative visual storytelling and a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture product and lifestyle photos and videos.
- Assist in planning shoots.
- Help set up lighting, backgrounds, and equipment.
- Edit photos and videos for social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Organize and manage media files.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams.
- Prepare content for timely publication.
- Support basic content ideation.
- Follow creative briefs.
- Maintain high quality standards across all visual assets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Photo and video capture: Basic camera handling and composition.
- Photo and video editing software: Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Adapt visual content for digital platforms like social media and e-commerce.
- Good organizational skills for managing media files, project deadlines, and shoot schedules.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Relevant coursework or certification in multimedia, photography, videography, design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in photo/video production, editing, or digital content creation is an advantage.
