About the Role
A Graduate Engineer Trainee to support the R&D function at Sintex by Welspun.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and design of innovative RD projects ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data supporting informed decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive MIS reporting systems to track project progress and outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
- Apply business and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Support the breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment ensuring minimal downtime.
- Contribute to the development of Machine Learning models, applying theoretical knowledge to practical applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the Building Material industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.

- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
