Trainer, Data Science with AI

About the Role

The Trainer – Data Science with AI will deliver classroom-based training in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence concepts and tools at Naresh i Technologies’ Hyderabad campus. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update course curricula.
• Prepare instructional materials.
• Conduct interactive lectures, labs, and workshops.
• Guide learners through projects.
• Explain complex topics clearly.
• Provide regular assessments, feedback, and mentoring.
• Stay current with industry trends.
• Integrate real-world use cases into training.
• Collaborate with other trainers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and learning resources.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with data science and AI tools (e.g., Python, libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Practical knowledge of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and deployment basics.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and adjust to flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Science Education with the ability to connect concepts to data science and AI applications.
• Solid foundation in Mathematics, including statistics, linear algebra, and basic probability relevant to data science.
• Experience as a Qualified Teacher or trainer, with proven skills in classroom management and learner engagement.
• Ability to perform effective Lesson Planning, designing structured modules, labs, and assessments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with a learner-centric approach.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in technical training, corporate training, or academic teaching in data-related domains is an advantage.
