Client Communication Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for confident communicators who can interact with clients, understand their needs, and help maintain smooth communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via chat, email, or video calls to understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met on time.
• Maintain proper documentation of client conversations and updates.
• Assist in building long-term client relationships through professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Confidence in handling client queries and explaining project details clearly.
• Basic understanding of digital or creative industries is a plus (but not required).
