Business Development Executive Intern

Role: Sales Executive – Interior Sales

About the Role

Salentors Interior is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting interior design leads, understanding client requirements, conducting follow-ups, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
• Understand clients' requirements, budget, and interior design preferences.
• Coordinate with the design team to provide suitable solutions to clients.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings/site visits when required.
• Prepare and present interior design proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth sales experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in interior sales, real estate, furniture, home décor, or related industries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client meetings.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Comfortable working from Nirala Estate, Noida.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in interior design sales or home interiors.
• Lead conversion and closing experience.
• Knowledge of residential interior solutions.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
