About the Role

PathMentor is seeking a passionate, creative, and self-driven Community Growth & Content Creation Intern to connect with NEET aspirants across India. This remote, unpaid internship is designed for individuals with firsthand experience in NEET preparation, who understand student challenges and want to leverage their knowledge and creativity to help others succeed. The role involves managing Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube platforms, creating engaging content, and driving user acquisition to grow the PathMentor community.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Growth & Student Onboarding:
• Connect directly with NEET aspirants via social media, student communities, and online platforms.
• Encourage active participation in the PathMentor community.
• Develop strategies to attract new users and increase student registrations.
• Build genuine relationships with students and understand their challenges.
• Identify relevant student groups and communities for outreach.
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow PathMentor’s Instagram page, Telegram channel, and YouTube presence.
• Plan and publish engaging content: reels, shorts, posts, stories, polls, quizzes, and educational updates.
• Create content focused on NEET preparation, study strategies, revision, mock tests, motivation, and student experiences.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar across all platforms.
• Experiment with content formats to improve reach, engagement, and acquisition.
• Video Creation & Editing:
• Create short-form educational and engaging videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Record videos comfortably with your face visible on camera.
• Present ideas confidently and communicate relatable information to NEET aspirants.
• Edit videos independently using mobile or desktop editing applications.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, background music, and other engaging elements.
• Transform NEET-related topics and student problems into relatable video content.
• AI-Powered Content Creation:
• Utilize AI tools for brainstorming content ideas, scriptwriting, generating captions, and campaign planning.
• Explore AI-powered tools to enhance content quality and editing efficiency.
• Experiment with new tools and workflows for faster content production.
• Verify the accuracy of AI-generated educational content before publishing.
• Student Engagement & Retention:
• Maintain an active Telegram community through daily updates, quizzes, polls, discussions, and motivational content.
• Organize interactive sessions, engagement activities, and community challenges.
• Identify ways to motivate students and address their preparation struggles.
• Collect student feedback and share insights with the team.
• Help build a community that is genuinely useful throughout the NEET preparation journey.
• Growth Strategy & Performance Tracking:
• Plan and execute growth campaigns.
• Monitor daily and weekly metrics: followers, subscribers, community members, engagement, and student onboarding.
• Analyze content performance to identify what resonates with NEET aspirants.
• Test new ideas, learn from results, and continuously improve growth strategies.
• Take ownership of assigned goals and work independently.

Qualifications

• NEET Preparation Experience (Mandatory):
• Must have prepared for NEET and possess a genuine understanding of the preparation journey.
• Should understand common student challenges, strategies, revision, mock tests, and exam stress.
• Candidates who can relate to aspirants through their own experience are preferred.
• Android Smartphone Access (Mandatory):
• Required for video recording, content editing, social media management, and student communication.
• Comfortable using mobile applications for work.
• Comfortable on Camera (Mandatory):
• Must be comfortable recording face-camera videos.
• Ability to explain ideas and communicate naturally with NEET aspirants.
• Prior video creation experience is a plus; confidence and willingness to learn are important.
• Video Editing Skills:
• Basic understanding of video editing is required.
• Ability to create engaging Reels and YouTube Shorts using mobile or desktop tools.
• Knowledge of captions, subtitles, and short-form video formats is preferred.
• AI Tools & Technology:
• Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, scripting, research, and productivity.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI-powered tools.
• Social Media Knowledge:
• Familiarity with Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.
• Understanding of social media content, communities, and engagement dynamics.
• Experience managing social media pages or creating content is an advantage.
• Communication & Growth Mindset:
• Good communication skills and ability to connect with students.
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable approaching and onboarding users.
• Willing to experiment, take responsibility, and learn from feedback.
