Admissions Counsellor Pilot Training

About the Role

HV Aviator Training Academy is hiring an Admissions Counsellor to manage prospective students from the first call through enrolment. The role combines outbound cold calling, in-person counselling at the academy, and consistent follow-up to meet monthly admissions targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls and follow up with leads from Meta ads, the academy website, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Qualify prospective students by understanding their educational background, career goals, budget, and preferred start date.
• Schedule academy visits and conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
• Explain DGCA ground school, commercial pilot training pathways, and available flight training options in India and abroad.
• Clearly communicate eligibility, fees, payment schedules, estimated timelines, and programme inclusions using academy-approved information.
• Address questions and objections, agree on next steps, and follow up by phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate application forms, required documents, and fee confirmation with the admissions team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, counselling sessions, follow-up dates, and admission status in Google Sheets or the academy's CRM.
• Meet agreed targets for calls, academy visits, counselling sessions, and confirmed admissions.
• Report progress and common reasons prospects do not enrol.

Incentives

Performance-based, linked to confirmed admissions. Incentives are earned on eligible confirmed admissions credited to the counsellor. An admission qualifies once the student completes the required enrolment formalities and the academy verifies the qualifying fee payment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication skills and confidence in cold calling and face-to-face counselling.
• Ability to explain training options and fees clearly to students and parents.
• Strong follow-up skills and willingness to work toward monthly admission targets.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or a CRM.
• Good spoken English.
• Telugu or Hindi is an advantage.
• Familiarity with aviation or pilot training is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, student counselling, telecalling, or education sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
