About the Role
- Part-time Freelanc role
- Hybrid position based in Hyderabad
- Mix of on-site activities and work-from-home flexibility
Key Responsibilities
- Support event planning and coordination
- Assist with outreach to industry professionals and partners
- Contribute to research on hospitality trends and issues
- Create and organize content for club communications (e.g., social media posts, presentations, reports)
- Collaborate with student team members
- Attend scheduled meetings
- Help ensure smooth execution of club initiatives and activities
Qualifications
- Awareness of or interest in the hospitality industry, including its social impact, challenges, and emerging opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, including clear writing and confident interpersonal interaction
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (on-site in Hyderabad and remote)
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, social media platforms, online collaboration tools)
- Proactive, self-directed work style, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on assigned tasks
- Prior experience in event support, student clubs, or hospitality-related projects is beneficial but not required
