About the Role
VRT Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Intern to join their team for a 3-Month duration. This is an Onsite internship located in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the complete hiring process.
- Understand how to define job roles and responsibilities and develop 3D job descriptions.
- Gain expertise in TriMetrix HD Profiles to evaluate candidates based on behavior, motivators, competencies, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop targeted interview questions aligned with job competencies and psychometric assessments.
- Learn how to create effective job postings and develop resume-screening techniques.
- Master the art of conducting structured interviews, evaluating responses, and making unbiased hiring decisions.
- Gain hands-on experience in drafting professional offer letters.
- Develop 30-60-90 day onboarding plans for new hires.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Performance based PPO (Pre placement Offer) opportunity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
