Human Resources Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will support the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, source potential candidates, and assist in hiring activities. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms.
• Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
