Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor Health and PA claim investigations from allocation to closure.
- Coordinate with field officers and guide them on investigation protocols.
- Review evidence and prepare accurate closure reports.
- Maintain TAT and quality as per client requirements.
- Share regular MIS and updates with the team.
