About the Role
- Serve as the senior India GCC cybersecurity leader and primary GCC counterpart for Client CISO office engagement.
- Ensure strategic alignment with Client cybersecurity priorities, enterprise risk posture, and GCC objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership oversight across GCC cybersecurity functions including SOC, Cyber Defense, Incident Management, Threat Hunting, CTI, Third-Party Monitoring, EInT, DLP, IAM Production Support, Cloud IAM, User Access Lifecycle, Vulnerability Management, GRC, and related cyber operations.
- Own the India GCC cybersecurity operating model, including governance forums, escalation paths, cross-functional handoffs, accountability structure, service reviews, and leadership reporting.
- Partner with Client cybersecurity leadership to translate strategic priorities into GCC execution plans, capability buildout, transition waves, staffing plans, operating procedures, and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure effective execution of operational deliverables, SLA adherence, KPI tracking, quality oversight, issue remediation, and continuous service improvement across all GCC cybersecurity tracks.
- Act as the senior escalation point for cyber delivery risks, clean room dependencies, access constraints, KT/transition blockers, staffing issues, facilities/logistics concerns, and operational continuity risks.
- Oversee transition, KT, parallel run, primary support, and steady-state readiness for new cybersecurity services moving into the GCC, ensuring acceptance criteria, tollgate readiness, documentation, and operational preparedness.
- Drive integration across cyber towers to avoid siloed operations and ensure end-to-end collaboration across detection, investigation, response, intelligence, data protection, identity, vulnerability, risk, and compliance functions.
- Build and mature cyber governance for GCC operations, including monthly and quarterly reviews, performance dashboards, risk registers, action tracking, audit evidence readiness, and executive status reporting.
- Lead cybersecurity talent strategy for the GCC, including role definition, sourcing alignment, niche skill development, career pathways, retention planning, succession planning, and capability uplift.
- Partner with Infosys Cybersecurity CoEs, practice teams, advisory teams, and innovation groups to bring relevant accelerators, playbooks, automation, AI use cases, and transformation ideas into Client GCC operations.
- Sponsor AI-first and automation-led improvements across SOC, SOAR, incident triage, threat intelligence, DLP, insider threat, vulnerability management, identity operations, reporting, and evidence collection.
- Ensure GCC teams are aligned to updated incident response procedures, playbooks, DLP processes, insider threat workflows, IAM controls, cloud IAM operations, and cybersecurity control requirements.
- Provide executive-level reporting to Client and Infosys stakeholders on performance, staffing, transition progress, risks, opportunities, and transformation.
