About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Intern at TraviYo, based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the hiring process.
- Post job openings.
- Screen resumes.
- Schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Support the onboarding process.
- Provide training support to new recruits.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Report on recruitment progress.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Noida location.
- Working Timing: 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Training Duration: 6 Months.
- Stipend: 10K per month.
Qualifications
- Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
