UI/UX Designer

About the Role

RTAC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive digital experiences for web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise software. The role involves understanding user needs, developing interface concepts, and creating visually consistent designs that improve usability and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and software products.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Translate business requirements into clear and effective design solutions.
• Develop consistent layouts, typography, colour systems, and reusable design components.
• Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain design documentation and UI standards across products.
• Refine existing interfaces based on user feedback and project requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centred design, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of wireframing, responsive design, and design systems.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application design patterns.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and work collaboratively.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing design projects or practical work is an advantage.
• Freshers with relevant design projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
