About the Role
As a UI/UX Design Intern, you’ll be at the center of crafting intuitive and visually compelling experiences for users. Your contributions will shape how users engage with our technology, from designing AI interfaces to gamified dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to design end-to-end user flows.
- Create responsive interfaces for web and mobile — from low-fidelity wireframes to polished UI prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing and apply research insights into design improvements.
- Contribute to and refine our internal design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Stay up to date with design trends, UX best practices, and innovative UI patterns.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and mobile-first design.
- Visual design skills: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and openness to feedback.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or design-to-development workflows.
- Experience with Webflow, Wix, or similar tools.
- Motion/interaction design using tools like Lottie or After Effects.
- Exposure to gamified, AI-driven, or VR-based UX design is a plus.
