About the Role
Novigo Integrated Services is seeking a personable and goal-oriented Telecaller to join its customer engagement team in Chennai. The organization values clear communication, dependable service, and a positive experience for every customer and business contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided contact lists.
- Explain services clearly, understand customer requirements, and respond to questions professionally.
- Record call outcomes, customer information, follow-ups, and relevant updates accurately in the system.
- Follow up consistently on leads, meet assigned calling and conversion goals, and share feedback with the team.
- Maintain courteous conversations and follow company communication and data-handling guidelines.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling or customer interaction experience are welcome.
- Good spoken communication in English and relevant local languages is preferred.
- Comfort with making frequent calls, learning service information, and working toward targets.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Applicants should be reliable, customer-focused, and available to work full-time from the Chennai office.
Compensation: ₹22,000 - ₹48,000 per month, depending on suitability and experience.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with one opening.
