Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients, emerging brands, and opportunities in new markets.
• Build and maintain databases of brands, founders, and relevant contacts.
• Support lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Instagram outreach.
• Introduce Social Square to potential clients, schedule introductory meetings, and follow up on conversations.
• Research potential partnerships, collaborations, and networking opportunities.
• Help build the founder’s personal brand and the agency’s visibility.
• Identify PR opportunities, founder features, podcasts, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
• Support outreach to journalists, communities, event organizers, and industry contacts.
• Assist with content ideas for the founder’s LinkedIn and Instagram profiles.
• Maintain outreach trackers and keep track of leads, responses, and next steps.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to new people.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in marketing, branding, PR, and business development.
• Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and stays organized.
