About the Role
TalentRupt is looking for enthusiastic and driven Talent Discovery Specialists to join their Pune team. The role involves identifying, sourcing, and engaging professionals for diverse functional, business, healthcare, and engineering roles for US clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to close positions on time.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
