Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships in the community to establish your own business.
• Learn to always put customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or be a current college student with no more than 1 semester to graduation.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
• Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service: in a service industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Management experience: leading a team.
• Participation: as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or varsity team.
• Leadership role: on campus or community involvement.
