About the Role
The Housekeeper at The Fitzgerald is responsible for maintaining the community in a clean and sanitary condition, ensuring a healthy environment that supports the care and welfare of residents and guests. This role emphasizes delivering exemplary customer service with attention to detail, fostering a warm, secure, and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean assigned apartments, community rooms, and other areas.
- Transport linens, towels, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
- Change bed linens.
- Assist with resident and community laundry as directed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- High school graduate preferred.
- Six months to one year of housekeeping experience.
- Experience working in a senior environment preferred.
