About the Role

Resollect is a Mumbai-based startup transforming debt recovery in India. We work with banks, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs), and NBFCs, addressing long-standing manual processes with a blend of legal mechanisms (SARFAESI, Sec 13(2), Sec 14, DRT) and automation, design, and AI. We operate as a fast-moving, founder-led team.

The Founder's Office Intern will collaborate directly with the founder on critical weekly priorities, offering exposure to company building and operations. The role emphasizes leveraging AI for automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive special projects for the founder, from problem definition to execution.
• Research markets, competitors, and regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines, SARFAESI, DRT developments), synthesizing findings into clear recommendations.
• Develop pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for banks, NBFCs, and ARCs.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and investor updates.
• Track OKRs and action items across the team, ensuring follow-through.
• Utilize AI for faster execution: writing prompts, building small tools, and automating recurring tasks.
• Contribute to hiring, partnerships, and client onboarding as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High Agency: Proactive problem-solving and initiative.
• Structured Thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous questions.
• Excellent Writing Skills: Clear and concise English; Hindi is a plus.
• Strong Proficiency: Excel/Sheets and Slides/PowerPoint.
• AI-Native: Daily use of AI tools and proactive task completion.
• Organized: Excellent at closing loops and managing tasks without constant reminders.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Internships in consulting, banking, a startup, or a founder's office.
• Experience in case competitions, research projects, or personal builds.
• Interest in BFSI, lending, legal-tech, or the impact of AI on traditional industries.

• Mumbai (Andheri), in-office.
• This is a paid internship.
