Key Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Engage with the community to establish relationships essential for building business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn to prioritize customers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Requires a valid CA Driver's License.
- Must have a minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership (including military, athletic/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
- Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
