About the Role

The Unified Global Banking (UGB) – Americas Team originates and executes new business opportunities between UBS Global Wealth Management and Global Banking. Our team covers financial advisors and their client relationships across the Americas region to source, evaluate and execute Investment Banking opportunities from Wealth Management relationships, driving increased Firm revenue through M&A Advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising and other Corporate Finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

As an execution associate you will:

• Support the full Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage team in originating cross-divisional business opportunities
• Review, diligence, and process of referrals into our Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas
• Assist across major workstreams of M&A, debt and equity transactions including diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliverables
• Conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, prepare presentations, and author confidential information memorandums as well as other reports
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with seamless transaction execution

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA or similar is preferred
• Experience within wealth management or investment banking is highly preferred
• Great communication skills
• Strong ability to develop creative solutions
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Indicative Salary

• United States - New York - New York USD 175000 - 225000 /annum
