Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.
- Assist with shop-floor operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Support quality checks and maintain production standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production requirements.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 12th Pass, ITI, or Diploma in any specialization.
- Freshers seeking entry-level opportunities in the manufacturing industry.
- Willingness to work at manufacturing units in Hosur.
- Interest in learning industrial processes and developing technical skills.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates who have completed 12th, ITI, or a Diploma.
