About the Role

SAP BODS Administrator role with Infosys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) environments across development, QA, and production.
• Responsible for installation, configuration, repository management, job server setup, and user security administration.
• Install, configure, and administer SAP Data Services.
• Manage repositories, job servers, and access servers.
• Hands-on experience with CMC, job monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Monitor job execution, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of ETL processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to support data integration, profiling, and metadata management initiatives.
• Understand software configuration management systems.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
• Client Interfacing skills.
• Project and Team management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in managing repositories, job servers, and access servers.
• Knowledge of event-based scheduling and metadata management.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models.
• Understanding of financial processes for various types of projects and pricing models.
• One or two industry domain knowledge.
