About the Role
Vittly Consultants Private Limited is a professional accounting and business support company specializing in accounting, bookkeeping, Australian taxation support, payroll management, and BAS preparation support. This is a full-time, on-site Finance Specialist role based in New Delhi. The role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accounting records, reviewing financial transactions, assisting with bookkeeping and financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting payroll processes, and contributing to taxation and compliance-related tasks. The Finance Specialist will monitor financial data for accuracy, identify variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial operations.
- Maintain accounting records.

- Assist with bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Support payroll processes.

Qualifications
- Strong Finance knowledge, including understanding of financial management principles and Financial Statements.
- Solid Accounting skills, including ledger management and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role is an advantage, especially within consulting or professional services environments.
