Key Responsibilities
- Understand student problems and introduce GradRight as a solution.
- Learn how banks and NBFCs operate and advise students on winning strategies.
- Utilize the firm’s platform and partnerships to nurture leads and encourage sign-ups.
- Engage students via telephonic conversations, emails, and video calls to achieve growth targets.
- Create and maintain the GradRight brand’s voice, tone, and character across all channels.
- Improve existing products and assist in designing new ones using customer insights.
- Coordinate with colleagues with a sense of shared responsibility and help them achieve their targets.
