Technical Assistant

About the Role

• Hiring fresh graduates for the Dubbing team.
• Work on live dubbing projects for films, series, and digital content.
• Learn the end-to-end voice technology pipeline.
• Assist in testing and adopting new tech based proprietary audio tools.
• Hands-on, learn-by-doing role for those curious about voice technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the tech dubbing team on day-to-day project work across multiple languages.
• Prepare, organize, and process audio and dialogue files for the dubbing pipeline.
• Run and test tech-based audio and voice tools, and document findings.
• Assist with quality checks on dubbed output (sync, audio levels, consistency).
• Keep project trackers and file versions up to date.
• Flag technical issues and help troubleshoot with senior team members.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recently completed a computer diploma (or equivalent qualification).
• Basic understanding of AI tools, coding, and related technologies.
• Genuine interest in tech-driven audio, voice technologies, and dubbing.
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable picking up new tools quickly.
• Based in Mumbai.

Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)

• Exposure to audio editing software (Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or similar).
• Basic Python or scripting knowledge.
• Familiarity with more than one Indian or international language.
• Any prior internship or project experience in media, audio, or AI tools.
