Finance Specialist, Fintech/E-Commerce/Retail

About the Role

The Finance Specialist - Fintech/E-Commerce/Retail will manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting for Crepdog Crew’s retail and online business. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and preparing financial statements.
• Monitoring cash flows.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Assisting with reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Collaborating with e-commerce, retail operations, and management teams to analyze sales performance, payment gateways, and transaction data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Supporting pricing decisions.
• Conducting cost analysis.
• Performing inventory-related financial tracking.
• Providing insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, accounting or ERP tools) is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail and e-commerce financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Accounting skills.
• Ability to interpret and prepare Financial Statements and perform basic financial analysis.
• Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, transaction trends, and cost structures.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights.
• Relevant experience in fintech, e-commerce, or retail finance is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is desirable.

• Integrity in handling financial data.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
