About the Role
The Manager Development Program is a full-time program designed to equip Manager Trainees with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to excel in consumer finance and advance into leadership positions. This program offers hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations over a 10-12 month period.
Key Responsibilities
- Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Develop long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
- Offer optional products to best serve new and existing customers.
- Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
- Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
- Learn and provide support for management responsibilities, including delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
- Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Location: On-Site
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential for extended hours during the week and Saturdays as needed.
Qualifications
- Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience is preferred.
