Junior Engineer

About the Role

The Junior Engineer will work full-time on-site in Begusarai, supporting senior engineers and site managers in day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning and supervising construction activities.
• Monitoring work progress.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety guidelines.
• Preparing and updating site reports, measurements, and basic documentation.
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assisting in basic quality checks.
• Assisting in material tracking.
• Resolving routine technical issues under guidance.
• Learning company standards and project procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office proficiency.
• Exposure to CAD or similar tools is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Basic skills in site supervision, measurement recording, and construction quality checks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical or related discipline) from a recognized institution.
• Strong foundation in civil or mechanical engineering principles.
• Understanding of basic safety practices and willingness to follow company health and safety policies.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Begusarai.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
• Prior internship or project experience in construction or infrastructure projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
