About the Role

Fireblaze AI School is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the daily operational activities of our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn how business operations function in a fast-paced environment. This internship provides hands-on experience in process improvement, data management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business workflows.
• Help manage and update operational documents, databases, and reports.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support process improvements.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, and Logistics on operational activities.
• Support project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
