Family Medicine Physician, Sign

About the Role

One Medical is seeking dedicated primary care physicians to join their team right out of residency. This role offers a supportive, tech-enabled environment for building patient relationships and delivering high-quality care. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, with occasional telehealth visits.
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently enrolled in or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or have completed a residency program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date.
• Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.

Work Schedule

• Full-time role.
• 4 days in clinic, 1 day remote.

• Base salary range: $308,700 to $347,300 (based on a full-time schedule).
