About the Role

HARI OM THALASSIC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Full-stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end layers. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement user interfaces.
• Build and integrate APIs.
• Manage server-side logic.
• Optimize application performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Support ongoing improvements to the software architecture.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills.
• Experience building end-to-end web applications.
• Solid Back-End Web Development skills, including designing APIs, handling data storage, and managing server-side logic.
• Front-End Development skills.
• Proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clean coding practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
