About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Internship – HR Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals & social media
• Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews & manage candidate databases
• Assist in onboarding & maintain HR records
• Coordinate recruitment activities
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies
• Support various HR initiatives

Requirements

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently & remotely
• Knowledge of personnel management
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree

Stipend (Based on Successful Joining's)

• 0 to 4 successful joinings: Nil
• 5 to 8 successful joinings: 3000 INR
• 9 to 12 successful joinings: 5000 INR
• 13 to 15 successful joinings: 7500 INR
• 16 or above successful joinings: 10000 INR and Best Performer Awards

Alternative Options (if joining criteria not met)

• Anyone who makes 30 successful walk-ins during the month → ₹2,500
• Anyone who makes 10 selections during the month → ₹2,500
