About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
- Support senior architects in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed architectural documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on CAD and 3D models.
- Assist with design presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to clarify design details.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and progress reviews.
- Update plans based on feedback.
- Ensure designs align with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Participate in internal design reviews.
- Contribute creative ideas.
- Help maintain organized project files and documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar).
- Comfort with visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and plans.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design workflows.
- Basic Project Management capabilities, including task planning, time management, and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Ahmedabad or similar urban contexts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and accept constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced project environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Internship or prior studio experience is an advantage.
