About the Role

Media Search Group is seeking an enthusiastic SMO Executive with 6 months of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, and stories.
• Research trending topics and hashtags for creative content ideas.
• Implement effective Social Media Optimization strategies to boost organic reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance metrics such as followers, impressions, reach, and engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for content development.
• Maintain social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 6 Months of practical SMO experience (Mandatory)
• Graduation (Mandatory)
• Good knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Practical knowledge of social media content planning and scheduling.
• Understanding of hashtag research, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
• Digital Marketing Agency experience is preferred.
