About the Role

The Intern role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, offering hands-on experience within a dynamic real estate development and asset management environment. This is an internship role designed to help emerging professionals build foundational industry skills while contributing to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities such as data collection and analysis, market research, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Assist with project tracking.
• Help maintain databases and records.
• Contribute to internal communication materials and basic administrative tasks.
• Gain exposure to real estate development processes, asset management practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and presentations.
• Basic proficiency in productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software).
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, demonstrating willingness to learn, take initiative, and work respectfully with diverse teams.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in business, real estate, urban planning, finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in real estate development, asset management, and urban development in emerging markets will be considered an advantage.
