Designation: GET / Assistant Manager - Maintenance (Electrical & HVAC)
Function: Maintenance
Location: Bangalore & Vadodara
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of HT/LT substation, DG/FAS/UPS/CCTV/HVAC & FF systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Predictive maintenance.
- Manage multiple sites.
- Coordinate with vendors for Preventive Maintenance.
- Coordinate with the operation department for Major equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Back office team (GRN, Accounts) for vendor payments.
- Troubleshoot problems within stipulated time.
- Perform Root cause analysis of breakdown equipment.
- Verification and certification of bills according to work.
- Testing and trial run of equipment (DY run Activity).
- Ensure maximum availability of equipment by planning and scheduling of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Education
- Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical engineering
Experience
- 0 to 5 years (Freshers can be considered)
