Junior Lawyer

About the Role

Zenith Services Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Junior Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers with legal matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
• Draft legal memoranda, writ petitions, notices, and court filings
• Use Legal AI tools to support research and drafting
• Assist with preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, statements of work, NDAs, and service-level agreements
• Draft and revise legal documents
• Assist with negotiation of commercial and technology-related agreements
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where clients operate
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, delivery, and information security to address legal risks, data privacy obligations, and regulatory requirements
• Support the development of internal legal policies
• Maintain organized documentation
• Help respond to legal inquiries from clients and partners

Qualifications

• Strong academic record / good GPA
• Excellent English communication and legal writing skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Ability to work closely with senior lawyers
• Interest in leveraging Legal AI systems and emerging legal technology
