About the Role
Kickstart your HR career with Designcurve Technologies as an HR Intern. Develop practical skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support daily HR operations and employee engagement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Qualifications
- 2025 graduates in HR, MBA, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic learners with a positive attitude.
- Candidates available for a full-time, in-office internship.
